Inbound Shipment & Consignee Compliance

In addition to the prohibited and restricted goods listed above, all inbound shipments must comply with our Inbound Shipment & Fulfilment Compliance Policy.

All parcels must be addressed to the verified account holder. Where a trading or business name is used, it must clearly include the verified account holder’s name (e.g., “John Smith t/a Business Name”).

Shipments addressed solely to third-party, unrelated, or unverified names may be refused, placed on hold, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

WarehouseAddress reserves the right to inspect, refuse, suspend, or report any shipment that breaches our policies or presents operational, legal, or regulatory risk.
