All items are logged and stored safely within our managed warehouse facility.

When forwarded, shipments include standard courier liability cover (typically up to £20 per shipment, subject to carrier terms and conditions). Additional insurance can be arranged upon request.

Order Dispatch & Parcel Forwarding

We can consolidate multiple orders to reduce shipping costs and arrange same-day or bulk shipments on request.

• Up to 10 handled returns
• 1 standard pallet of storage

Additional usage:

• £3.50 per extra dispatch (pick & pack)
• £2.50 per additional handled return
• Extra pallet storage available on request

Shipping costs are charged separately at carrier rates.

Inbound Shipment Address Requirements

To ensure proper receipt and processing under this plan, all inbound shipments must be addressed to the verified account holder.

Where a trading or business name is used, it must clearly include the verified account holder’s name (e.g., “John Smith t/a Business Name”).

Shipments addressed solely to third-party or unrelated names may be refused or held pending clarification.

Compliance & Verification Notice

This plan provides physical warehouse operations, inventory handling, fulfilment services, and formal documentation under annual subscription.

Verification decisions by banks, marketplaces, and payment providers are subject to their independent compliance and risk assessment processes.

Operational infrastructure and documentation support verification efforts but do not guarantee approval.
