Repacking £1.99 per Parcel

We can repack suitable returned products for storage, forwarding, resale or dispatch to another customer.

New boxes, mail bags, protective materials and specialist packaging are charged separately where required.

Relabelling £1.49 per Item

We can remove or cover an existing shipping label and apply a new label supplied by you.

Label printing or specialist labels may incur an additional charge.

Send to Another UK Customer £2.49 Plus Postage

Avoid sending a suitable returned product back overseas. We can prepare and dispatch it directly to another UK customer.

This service includes:

✓ Applying your supplied shipping label
✓ Dispatching the parcel

Postage, courier charges and packaging materials are additional.

International Forwarding £2.99 Plus Shipping

We can forward returned products to your warehouse, supplier or another international destination.

Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and selected courier service.

Customs duties, import taxes and courier surcharges are not included.

Return Consolidation £2.99 per Shipment

Save international shipping costs by combining multiple returned products into one larger shipment.

Packaging materials and courier charges are additional.

Returned Stock Resale Service

Suitable returned products can be prepared and offered for resale in the UK instead of being shipped back overseas.

Reduced resale commission: 20% of the successful sale price

Marketplace fees, payment-processing fees, postage, packaging, inspection and additional preparation costs are charged separately where applicable.

Products must be legal, safe, authentic and suitable for resale. Products that are damaged, unsafe, incomplete, expired, restricted or otherwise unsuitable may be refused for resale.

Acceptance for the resale service does not guarantee that a product will sell or guarantee a particular selling price.

You remain responsible for providing accurate product information and confirming that you have the legal right to sell the product.

Dedicated Account Support

Enterprise customers receive priority account support for return-handling enquiries and service instructions.

Custom handling procedures may be arranged subject to operational approval and any applicable additional charges.

Dedicated account support does not guarantee immediate or 24-hour assistance unless agreed separately in writing.

Storage Charges

The first 30 days are free.

After 30 days, storage is charged at:

£1.00 per parcel per week

Long-term, oversized or high-volume storage can be arranged separately.

Storage charges continue while a product is awaiting your instructions or being offered for resale unless otherwise agreed.

Disposal £2.99 per Parcel

If you no longer require a returned product, we can dispose of it following your instructions.

This price applies to ordinary parcels weighing up to 2 kg. Electrical, hazardous, regulated, specialist or unusually large products may require a separate quotation.

Monthly Return Allowance

Your plan includes 50 qualifying returned parcels during each monthly billing period.

Unused returns do not roll over to the following month.

Each parcel received counts as one return. If one customer sends an order back in two separate parcels, this will count as two returns.

Parcel Requirements

Each returned parcel must:

✓ Weigh no more than 2 kg
✓ Be within our permitted parcel dimensions
✓ Display your assigned customer reference clearly
✓ Be addressed correctly
✓ Contain permitted products only

Overweight, oversized, unidentified or incorrectly addressed parcels may incur additional charges or be refused.

Restricted Products

Hazardous, illegal, perishable or prohibited products cannot be accepted.

Liquids, aerosols, batteries, medicines, food, cosmetics, electrical items and other regulated products may require approval before being sent to our warehouse.

Please contact us before arranging returns containing restricted or regulated goods.

Need to Receive Heavier Parcels or Business Mail?

The Returns Address Enterprise plan is designed for customer returns weighing up to 2 kg per parcel.

If you also need to receive heavier parcels, business letters or official correspondence, you can add one of our Virtual Address Services alongside your Returns Address plan.

Available services may include:

There is no need to cancel your Returns Address Enterprise plan. Simply add the additional Virtual Address Service you require.

Important Information

Your £139.99 monthly plan includes 50 returned parcels weighing up to 2 kg each during every monthly billing period.

Additional returned parcels are charged at £1.99 each.

Unused monthly returns do not roll over.

Return inspection, repacking, relabelling, forwarding, additional photographs, consolidation, disposal and other optional services are charged separately.

The Returned Stock Resale Service is available on this plan with a reduced 20% commission on successful sales.

Marketplace fees, payment-processing fees, postage, courier charges, customs charges, packaging and additional product-preparation costs are not included in the resale commission.

Optional paid services will only be carried out after receiving your instructions.
