We receive and manage your incoming letters and parcels at our staffed warehouse facility.

Forwarded shipments are subject to the selected carrier's liability terms, with standard cover typically up to £20 per shipment where applicable. Additional cover may be available upon request.

What's Included

Signed Official Service Agreement

A formal 12-month service agreement signed by both parties and bearing our business stamp, confirming the applicable authorised address arrangement.

This may be submitted to HMRC, banks, marketplaces or other organisations where appropriate, subject to their own verification requirements.

VAT Invoice / Receipt

A VAT invoice confirming your subscription purchase and payment.

Important: The Proof Pack provides evidence of the service agreement. It is not a utility bill, proof of residential address or guarantee of acceptance by a bank, HMRC or marketplace.

Monthly and quarterly subscriptions include a VAT invoice and confirmation email but do not include the 12-month official service agreement.

Important Eligibility & Address Usage
